This Deed made this 30th day of December Anno Domini One thousand Seven hundred and Ninety nine between Levin Ayres and Anne his wife of Accomack County and state of Virginia of the one part and Sarah White of the same place of the other part Witnesseth that the said Levin Ayres and Anne his wife for and in consideration of the sum of forty five pounds current money of the state aforesaid in specie to them in hand paid by the said Sarah White, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given granted bargained and sold, and Do by these presents give grant bargain, sell and confirm unto the said Sarah White Ten Acres of Land more or less situate lying and being in the parish of St. George and County aforesaid and bounded as follows, to wit, On the S. W. By the lands of the heirs of Elijah Lillaston decd on the N. W. By the lands of the heirs of Levin White decd on the N. E. By the lands of Solomon White and on the S. E. By the lands of John Dix. To have and to hold the said Ten Acres with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto her the said Sarah White, her heirs, Executors, Administrators or Assigns for ever, to and for their use and benefit and for none other whatsoever. And the said Levin Ayres and Anne his Wife doth covenant that they have a good and clear estate in fee simple to the said Ten Acres of Land with the appurtenances aforesaid and that they will for themselves, their heirs, Executors and Administrators warrant and defend the same land and
it's appurtenances to the said Sarah White her heirs Executors, Administrators or assigns to and for their use and Benefit and for no other use intent or purpose whatever for ever from the claim and demand which can or may be set up by any person or persons whatever, to the said Ten Acres of Land and its appurtenances or any part thereof In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have set their hands and affixed their seals the day and year above written

At a District Court held at Accomack Courthouse Octr 20. 1802 This Deed form Levin Ayres and Ann his Wife to Sarah White was acknowledged by the said Levin and A nn as their act and deed she being first privily examined apart from her said husband did voluntarily consect thereto and thereupon the same is ordered to be recorded with her privy examination.
